1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (the date you subscribed to the Pro plan).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
2. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
3. Exception for Digital Content
If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
Important: In accordance with § 356(5) BGB, if you begin using Pro features (e.g., generating AI-adapted CVs, accessing premium themes, or downloading PDFs with Pro features) during the withdrawal period, you may lose the right of withdrawal for digital content already consumed. We will request your explicit acknowledgement of this before processing begins. Note: This consent mechanism is being implemented in our checkout flow; until fully implemented, your full 14-day withdrawal right is preserved regardless of service usage.
4. Subscription Cancellation (Outside Withdrawal Period)
Outside the 14-day withdrawal period, you may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until that date.
After cancellation, your account will revert to the Free plan. Your existing CVs and data will be preserved, but access to Pro-only themes and features will be restricted.
